About the role
As Bikky’s first Field Marketing hire, you’ll take full ownership of our events calendar and play a key role in expanding our highest-performing marketing channel. From national tradeshows and industry conferences to intimate client dinners and virtual experiences, you’ll design and deliver events that build awareness, accelerate pipeline, and deepen customer relationships.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll not only manage execution but also have the opportunity to shape the future of Bikky’s events strategy.
As the Field Marketing Coordinator you will:
  • Deliver high-impact experiences: plan and run events that drive demand, build pipeline, and engage customers.
  • Own the events calendar end-to-end: including tradeshows, conferences, client dinners, and virtual events.
  • Lead logistics and operations: oversee budgets, coordinate vendors, and manage all event details.
  • Measure and optimize: analyze event performance, share insights, and continuously improve results.
  • Innovate with new formats: explore creative event ideas, pilot fresh approaches, and keep our audience engaged.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of field marketing experience at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software startup.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and operational rigor.
  • Experience managing a mix of in-person, virtual, and small-format events.
  • Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and systems, and an interest in aligning closely with sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, self-motivated, and fast-paced environment

  • $65,000 - $85,000 annual salary. Estimated salary range is inclusive of multiple levels and will be narrowed in the interview process.
