I'm Natalie Taylor, Head of Marketing. And we're Capsule—we just raised a Series A and are building AI-powered video tools for enterprise teams.
We're led by two serial founders who have built and scaled creative platforms for 100s of millions of people. Our investors include Innovation Endeavors, HubSpot Ventures, Bloomberg Beta, Swift Ventures, Human Ventures, and the same investors as iconic creative tools like Figma, Webflow, Frame.io, and Replit. Capsule is the first video editing tool built exclusively for work, and we're growing incredibly fast.
The Role
We’re looking for our first Product Marketer to help scale our go-to-market efforts. You’ll build the foundation of product marketing at Capsule, owning everything from messaging and launch strategy to enablement and content. This is a strategic + executional role—you’ll shape the story and also be incredibly hands-on to bring it to life.
This is a unique opportunity to market a product that is in an exciting space, shipping fast, is beautiful(!), and loved by some of the biggest tech brands, including HubSpot, ServiceNow, and Instacart.
This role requires a founder's mindset. You need an ability to see the big picture while executing the smallest details. You'll be working directly with me and our co-founders and be a key connector between product, sales, and marketing.
What you'll do
Own Capsule’s positioning and messaging across ICP segments—help us clearly articulate who it’s for and why it matters
Lead product launches from brief through GTM execution (email, website, videos, enablement, etc.)
Collaborate with product and design to influence roadmap and prioritization based on market insights and customer feedback
Partner with sales to develop playbooks, decks, and videos that map to real buyer needs and objections
Help define and segment our core personas across champions, users, budget owners, and exec sponsors
Shape Capsule’s product marketing function: goals, processes, and cross-functional collaboration
You might be a fit if you
Have led early-stage product marketing and can move between strategy and hands-on execution
Have worked closely with sales and GTM teams to drive adoption and accelerate pipeline
Are a pro at creating content for a variety of formats and use cases
Know how to translate features into stories that resonate with decision-makers
Are a great writer and storyteller, who can communicate complex ideas simply
Have an extremely strong bias toward action + are energized by startup pace and ambiguity
Enjoy being a product power user and contributing to product development
Enjoy the sport of making a huge impact with modest resources
Know your way around a video editing tool (Capsule will make you look even more pro :))
Bonus if you have
Strong design sense or experience working with creative tools
Experience marketing enterprise SaaS or marketing/creative tools
Worked closely with sales teams selling into enterprise accounts

What we offer
Salary range: $130,000 – $190,000
