TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER

We are looking for Technical Program Managers to join our team in New York. You will work closely with stakeholders and teams across the business in the planning and execution of key initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases
  • Scope projects into manageable chunks that enable us to quickly and efficiently release iterative products
  • Own execution for upcoming features and products; driving roadmap, specifications, and delivery
  • Proactively investigate, track and resolve open issues for any given project through clear communication with a wide array of partners
  • Identify inefficiencies in the processes, and drive better, more efficient processes where needed for projects to be delivered optimally and on time

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years of experience of technical product, program, or project management experience, working through all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience in software development required
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills(written and verbal), and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and teams across the organization
  • Able to work independently while maintaining transparency and collaboration with a larger team of technical and non-technical partners
  • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile process: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, artifacts
  • Proficient with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and GitHub products a bonus
  • CSM or PMP certification is nice to have, but not required
