SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a results-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our engineering talent team. While data is important, execution is paramount. This role is explicitly focused on identifying, engaging, and closing top-tier Backend and Mobile engineers. You will partner directly with Hiring Managers to dissect complex technical requirements and build a pipeline of talent that raises the bar for our engineering organization.

  • Design and execute robust sourcing strategies to uncover passive talent for Backend (Java, Go, Python) and Mobile (iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin) roles.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on speed, quality, and closing high-caliber engineers.
  • Collaborate deeply with hiring managers to understand technical nuances, team dynamics, and calibrate searches in real-time.
  • Screen candidates for actual technical competency, assessing their grasp of distributed systems or mobile architecture before moving them forward.
  • Engage technical candidates across multiple channels (GitHub, StackOverflow, niche forums) using creative and personalized approaches.
  • Provide a best-in-class candidate experience, acting as an advocate and guide from the first outreach to the final offer.
  • Serve as a positive ambassador of our company and culture to all candidates.

The base salary for this role is $100,000 - $130,000.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a specific focus on Backend and Mobile engineering roles.
  • Hunter mentality; you prefer proactive sourcing and engaging with candidates over building reports and analyzing data.
  • Strong technical fluency; you understand the difference between languages and frameworks and can vet candidates credibly.
  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, X-ray sourcing, and creative outreach techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of negotiating complex offers.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
  • Genuine passion for the "chase" and building world-class engineering teams.
