About the role:

We’re looking for our first Lifecycle Marketing Manager to work cross-functionally with Marketing/Brand and Product to own the end-to-end customer journey at Evvy.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding how user needs manifest at all points in the lifecycle and wants to analytically and strategically optimize our consumer funnel, including conversion, retention, and reactivation. This role will be a crucial part of our growth, helping to build our LTV strategy throughout our patient journey. It’s a hands-on role that will work across a lot of different problems and products, and will lead both strategic planning & day-to-day creation, execution and optimization of lifecycle campaigns.

Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in New York, NY. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and be accountable for our lifecycle marketing strategy in order to optimize funnel conversion (including conversion into our clinical care programs, and conversion into future products as needed), subscription retention to our at-home vaginal microbiome test, and reactivation.
  • Be a subject matter expert in the customer journey, continuously updating user personas in partnership with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Brand, Product, Data) in order to effectively reach and retain customers
  • Own the execution of all things email (and in the future: SMS and mobile push notifications) including project management, ideation, segmentation, campaign setup and QA
  • Ruthlessly ideate and A/B test new concepts and creative, tracking learnings for the entire team as you optimize
  • Establish, track, and regularly report on KPIs to the entire organization
  • Keep the brand at the center of everything you do, holding a high standard for messaging and design throughout your campaigns
  • Incorporate direct customer feedback and insights into lifecycle marketing strategies to improve user experience and retention.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM and Lifecycle Marketing, including campaign strategy/development, customer segmentation, lifecycle optimization, and A/B testing
  • Previous experience in consumer health and subscription-based e-commerce, ideally in the at-home testing space
  • Expertise and hands-on experience with email marketing. Technical knowledge of ESPs, customer engagement platforms, and HTML.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, SQL) and ability to create your own dashboards and analyses.
  • You are a curious, ambitious, empathetic, and strategic thinker. Your goal is to create the best healthcare experience possible for users.
