About the role:

We’re looking for a Head of Growth to work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer to create and lead a comprehensive acquisition strategy for Evvy’s precision vaginal healthcare platform.

The Head of Growth will be the driving force behind Evvy’s end-to-end consumer go-to-market strategy and execution, ensuring that our acquisition is data-driven and efficient across all paid and owned channels. This role will be laser-focused on and accountable for growth, CAC, and LTV, leading acquisition across all paid/organic channels (paid search/social, landing pages, SEO, email marketing, affiliate/influencer, etc)

Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in NYC. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.

What you'll do:

  • Own consumer acquisition and contribute to full-funnel lifecycle marketing efforts across all paid/organic channels (paid search/social, organic social, landing pages, SEO, email marketing, affiliate/influencer, internal results platform, etc)
  • Own the end-to-end process of identifying and operationalizing the near-term and long-term growth strategies and spend/budget across channels
  • Track and calibrate CAC on a daily basis, dynamically adjusting spend, channel mix, and strategies based on performance
  • Collaborate closely with our product/engineering team to conceptualize, run, and analyze A/B tests across paid ads and landing pages
  • Create core growth KPIs and develop scalable processes for collecting and monitoring them, working cross-functionally to ensure company-wide visibility and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with our finance team on revenue-related KPIs and tracking to ensure alignment around spend and performance vs. forecast, and communicate performance to various stakeholders
  • Over time, build and lead a world-class growth team, including hiring and managing freelancers and agencies as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience (with at least 3 years in a leadership role) on the growth or marketing team of a consumer-focused company with a proven track record of success, ideally in consumer health or subscription-based e-commerce
  • Prior experience in a start-up, early-stage, or a high-growth business during a period of rapid acceleration
  • Deep understanding of best practices in across key growth marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO, Email, Influencer/Affiliate, Audio, Streaming Video, etc)
  • Extensive experience in analytics and measurement, including proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, SQL) and ability to create your own dashboards and analyses.
  • Extensive experience building out a scaled performance advertising creative engine, with an ability to coordinate closely with design, marketing and executive stakeholders to develop and execute on creative testing plans
