We are a mission-driven startup focused on creating meaningful impact through our modern CSR platform. As a seed-stage company, we are passionately working towards product-market fit, dedicated to making a significant difference in the world.

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer with 5+ years of experience, ideally in a startup environment that has gone through the 0-1 phase. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, capable of leading the design for our consumer mobile app, web platform, and a web portal for company administrators.

This is currently a full-time contract role with the opportunity to convert to full-time permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the UX and UI across our product range, particularly as we roll out significant new features in 2024.
  • Proactively work ahead of the engineering team, delivering designs without the need for detailed product requirements.
  • Ensure consistency and effectiveness in design across multiple platforms, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to switch contexts efficiently.
  • Develop compelling product copy and product marketing content that resonates with our users and aligns with our mission.
  • Collaborate closely with our current designer, providing guidance and mentorship to elevate the overall design quality and effectiveness.
  • Team up with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer and prospect pain points.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for mobile and web platforms.
  • Proven track record in a startup environment, particularly during the initial growth phase.
  • Expertise in Figma is essential.
  • Strong skills in product copywriting and creating marketing content.
  • Ability to independently lead design projects, from conception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
