About the Manager, Health Plan Partnerships at Headspace:

The Manager, Health Plan Partnerships sits on the Health Plan Partnerships team in the Channel Partnerships Unit at Headspace. This contributor will primarily manage relationships with 2-4 health plan partners, while also assisting in new health plan partnership efforts including presentations, RFP responses, and managing trade conferences Headspace participates in. Additionally, this team member will manage our network provider agreements interfacing appropriately with our Partnership Operations, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and Compliance teams.

What you will do:

• Partner Success Management: Responsible for relationship management of 2-4 key health plan partners, in collaboration with cross functional team and Director, Health Plan Partnerships
• New partner development: Support for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), sales presentation creation, each sales process and prospect relationship management. Act as connective tissue between sales process and partnership launch and ongoing management. Preparing all new partner launch details and implementation requirements
• Manages agreements: Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Provider Agreements
• Partnership Sales Enablement: Identifies tasks and deploys solutions for sales enablement for our larger internal partnerships team
• Supports in-network partnership management

Required Skills:

• Presentation creation and delivery skills
• External client and/or prospect experience
• Health plan experience (3+ years) either working for or with plans
• NDA, MSA and provider contract experience
• External relationship management
• Internal implementation experience

Pay & Benefits:

The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills and scope required, relevant licensure and certifications, and unique relevant experience and job-related skills. The base salary range for this role is $83,000 - $100,000 base + variable.
