Inkwell is seeking a motivated Business Development and Growth Associate to join our team. This full-time role is 100% remote. Work hours are Central or East Coast time.

ROLE

We are seeking a motivated Business Development and Growth Associate to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote role is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and energetic individual eager to kick-start their career in business development and client relations. The ideal candidate will support the Head of Growth in expanding our client base and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to attract new clients.

  • Support the cultivation of business partnerships, especially with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms.

  • Help manage the CEO’s network to convert leads into clients and partners.

  • Contribute to the implementation of sales strategies and client retention plans.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients.

  • Assist in managing business development campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate client information in the CRM database.

  • Collaborate with various teams within Inkwell to execute business development initiatives.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue generation.

  • Assist in drafting business plans, presentations, and other materials as needed.

  • Manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.

  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Represent Inkwell at networking events and conferences as a brand ambassador.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated interest in business development, sales, or related fields; direct experience a plus.

The compensation for this role is $100k base plus competitive bonus.
