Job Description

Inkwell is seeking an experienced Search Associate to join our team. This full-time role is 100% remote. Work hours are Central or East Coast time.

ROLE

Inkwell is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Search Associate to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Search Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruiting efforts, contributing to our mission of connecting exceptional talent with world-class opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative team while developing foundational recruiting skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Candidate Pipeline Management

    • Assist in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates using various channels (Inkwell database, referrals, social media, etc.)

    • Maintain and update candidate information in our ATS system, ensuring accurate and organized records

    • Collaborate with the Director of Search Operations to build a robust pipeline for ongoing and future searches

  • Screening and Coordination

    • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for roles

    • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process

    • Gather and provide feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders in a timely manner

  • Client and Candidate Relationships

    • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the hiring process

    • Support the Director of Search Operations in managing client expectations and delivering top-quality service

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Support

    • Help drive Inkwell’s commitment to building diverse and inclusive candidate pools

    • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure DEI is incorporated into every step of the recruitment process

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related HR function

  • Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, etc.)

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills

  • Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Passionate about recruiting and eager to learn from a high-performing team

  • Familiarity with DEI best practices is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

The base compensation for this role is $65k plus bonus.
