ROLE
Helium Health is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Lead, Business (Growth & Development) to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate directly with the CEO. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, optimize business operations, and lead efforts to enhance financial performance across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executing growth strategies, a deep passion for healthtech, and excellent communication skills to align teams and cultivate impactful partnerships. This position requires a forward-thinking leader with the ability to deliver insights and solutions that position the organization for long-term success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulate and Execute Comprehensive Development Strategies
Guide the development and implementation of detailed strategies for Helium Health’s business units, considering market conditions, business readiness, and stakeholder alignment.
Identify optimal investment opportunities, conduct in-depth market analysis, and provide strategic guidance to ensure smooth and successful closure.
Work with senior management and legal teams to ensure the process adheres to financial, operational, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create revenue generation strategies centered around healthcare data and AI technologies.
Identify and assess new business opportunities while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection laws.
Partnership Strategies
Oversee assessments of business units, assets, and the organization as a whole to support strategic planning, investment opportunities, and financial transparency.
Provide detailed reports and present key insights to senior management and potential investors.
Prepare compelling business cases, value propositions and pitch decks, effectively communicating Helium Health’s value to potential partners and investors.
Cultivate relationships with financial firms and partners, leveraging networks to unlock capital and partnership opportunities.
Engage with Internal and External Stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on commercialization strategies and business objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and commercial deals, ensuring terms align with Helium Health’s strategic goals and regulatory standards.
Present commercialization progress, achievements, and key results to the board and executive leadership.
Provide Industry Insights and Key Learnings
Stay abreast of healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging AI technologies to inform Helium Health’s strategy.
Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights that drive innovation, competitive advantage, and sustainable growth.
Lead the creation of industry reports, white papers, and presentations to share key learnings with internal teams and external partners.
CANDIDATE
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in management consulting, deals advisory, or investment advisory.
Must have a strong global network within the financial and investment industry, with demonstrated experience leveraging these connections to support business development efforts.
Experience within the healthtech ecosystem is a significant advantage. If unavailable, experience in the broader tech ecosystem is preferred.
A proven track record in working cross-functionally and leading cross-functional project teams is essential. The candidate must be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working independently.
Strong communication and presentation skills are required, with extensive experience in writing reports, proposals, and delivering compelling presentations to executives and stakeholders. The role demands a seasoned communicator who can effectively convey complex ideas.
The candidate should also demonstrate high levels of accountability and collaboration, maintaining strong ethical standards and integrity in all professional dealings. Great people management skills are essential to fostering positive team dynamics and addressing challenges effectively.
A first degree or equivalent experience from a reputable institution is required for this role.

The compensation for this role is $100k-$130k plus bonus depending on experience.
