Kingdom Supercultures creates and sells functional ingredients that actually work. We call them “Superculture ingredients” - a new class of probiotics and postbiotics that we intentionally design to make a quantitative impact on unmet consumer health needs and to address these needs at their root. We’re actively selling Superculture ingredients for oral and immune health in pets, and are releasing our first Superculture ingredient for humans in 2026. We founded Kingdom in 2019 to cultivate healthier living with natural microbes and have raised $30M in venture funding from top investors.
We’re looking for a high-performing and growth-oriented Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to join our small but mighty team. This individual will manage and optimize the operational backbone of our go-to-market and sales processes for our pet functional ingredients, ensuring that we expand our sales pipeline, support more customer conversations, and scale annual recurring revenue from these ingredients. You will become the internal expert and champion for each of our pet functional customers, tracking next steps to advance them in our pipeline and working cross-functionally to ensure we deliver on those requests. Success in this role means you will play a critical role in driving a step-change in revenue growth for the business.
This is a full-time, in-person role at our headquarters in Brooklyn, NY, and may involve occasional travel to customers or industry conferences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will work with our commercial team, co-founders, key scientists, and customers to:

Manage and optimize the sales processes for our pet functional ingredients; activities include:
Map out a detailed customer journey, noting key customer questions by stage
Manage and help advance customers through the customer journey, tracking requests, identifying sticking points, and proactively proposing solutions
Own development, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of ingredient-specific sales assets, working cross-functionally to ensure assets reflect the latest information
Identify opportunities to improve existing processes for tracking and managing customers through the customer journey; lead implementation of solutions
-
Advance and convert active customers in our pipeline; activities include:
Lead customization of sales decks and key talking points to support customer meetings
Manage execution of customer requests, working cross-functionally to prioritize requests, set timelines, assign owners, and ensure requests are delivered on set timeline
Conduct customer-specific analyses and package insights to strengthen relationships with prospective customers
-
Expand top-of-funnel and grow our existing pipeline; activities include:
Identify, research, and vet target brands and leads
-
Support stand-up and management of business development outreach campaigns, including the creation of compelling messaging to ensure strong response rates
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS

OUR VALUES
-
Solve from first principles
We have a deep-seated curiosity about the most important problems facing the business. Our nature is to dig deeply into their details, question assumptions, understand the smallest details, and to drive towards the best possible solution using these insights. This makes us very effective in crafting new solutions and operating in ambiguous circumstances.
-
Collaborate with kindness
We are exceptionally low ego, and treat each other with respect, compassion, and humility. We hold one another to high standards, but do so while being deeply committed to each other’s wellbeing. We invest in each other’s growth, and are willing to engage in difficult conversations and deliver direct, constructive feedback when necessary. We are always willing to take the initiative in making something better, and to jump in and help others when they need it. This enables us to operate as one team, where ideas are valued by their merit and everyone matters.
-
Be resourceful and resilient
We figure out how to make things work, and how to accomplish our goals regardless of what stands in the way. We’re keen to confront challenges together through proactive planning and scrappy methods, and we reliably depend on one another to do what we said we would. Importantly, when things do go wrong, we learn quickly from our missteps, adapt our approach, and push forward. This makes us fearless in pursuing lofty ambitions, and allows us to succeed by being highly capital efficient.
