Steno is growing! We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. We’re a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond) and we’re crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry.

In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative and operational support to our Go to Market team, serving as a primary point of contact for client-facing professionals, and contributing to strategic projects and initiatives to empower the team.

On a regular basis you will

  • Work under guidance of the Sales Operations Manager and support various sales enablement projects

  • Utilize Looker for cross platform reporting to track copy orders, spending, and accounts

  • Update and maintain contacts, companies, pricing, and additional tracking fields in our CRM, Hubspot

  • Conduct regular audits of our CRM

  • Run reports and integrate, compile, analyze, and evaluate imperfect data across multiple sources

  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement best practices and improve overall effectiveness

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities

  • Assist with various requests on an as-needed basis.

You’re gonna crush it if

  • You have 2+ years of experience in an analyst position

  • You have strong analytical abilities: You are comfortable with analysis, interpreting sales metrics, and making data driven decisions.

  • You have experience working with CRM's, ERP’s, business intelligence softwares, accounting systems, etc.

  • You are an effective communicator: you can clearly present findings, explain insights, and collaborate with people of varying technical abilities

  • You are great at identifying problems and coming up with creative solutions to solve problems without clear instruction

  • You thrive in a highly-variable environment and prefer to leverage technology to optimize your day-to-day work.

  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.

  • You have the ability to be self-directed in a fully-remote, fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary - $70k- $90k

Composed of Marketing, BDR, Inside Sales, and Outside Sales teams, we work in direct partnership with our Customer Success and Executive teams to drive awareness and revenue while remaining laser-focused on creating and sustaining exceptional client relationships.
