Job Description

This isn't just another campus rep role. It's a part-time opportunity to turn your natural tendency to help classmates with career advice into meaningful impact and income. You'll earn $20 for every peer who discovers value in Teal's premium features, while building your own professional network and gaining real marketing experience.

You're already the person friends come to for resume feedback and job search advice. Now you can get compensated for the value you're already providing while helping build a consumer brand that's redefining how an entire generation approaches their careers.

Responsibilities

  • Share Teal authentically with peers through study groups, career clubs, and social networks
  • Create content that resonates with fellow students across social media and campus channels
  • Use your affiliate link strategically and track what works best with your campus community
  • Represent Teal's mission of career empowerment in all interactions and content

Requirements

  • Current student or recent graduate (within 12 months) at an accredited college, university, or graduate program (including MBA and other higher education programs)
  • Natural helper: You're already the person classmates come to for career advice and job search support
  • Social media comfortable: Able to create and share content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Twitter
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • U.S.-based

Nice-to-Haves

  • Leadership role in career-focused clubs, Greek life, or student organizations
  • Experience with content creation, social media management, or marketing
  • Background in business, communications, marketing, or related field
  • Active in career services programs or peer mentoring
  • Existing blog, social media following, or personal brand focused on professional development

Skills & Tools You Will Use And Learn

  • Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Basic content creation tools (Canva, Capcut)
  • Blog platforms (Medium, personal website)
  • Basic graphic design or video editing
