Job Overview:
As an International Marketing Manager at CKBG, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our iconic brands, immersing yourself in an exciting and diverse range of marketing initiatives. Based in Paris (or London), you will collaborate with passionate professionals to create marketing plans to develop the brands in the various international markets and support the implementation of key activations, working closely with our distribution partners and market managers / brand ambassadors, as well as the global marketing teams.

Core Responsibilities:
Marketing plan
- Develop marketing plans by country and by brand to develop our brands in our key markets: define relevant ATL and BTL activations across the spectrum of the marketing & communication tools, understanding the differences between the needs of a market that is being launched vs a market that is in development phase
- Support the International Managing Director in defining appropriate budgets per country to meet our ambitions, while ensuring the profitability of the markets
- Work closely with the global marketing team to understand best practices andalign global brand positioning.
- Understand the needs of the markets to define appropriate plans, tone, activations and POSM to maximize the brands’ potential
- Work closely with our distribution partners
Marketing activations
- Define clear guidelines for our partners to implement local activations
- Support our business partners and market managers on activations
- Measure impact of marketing investment, create best practices and understand how to continuously improve execution and impact
Social & CRM:
- Partner with the Digital Director to develop and execute captivating social content strategies – and ensure activation from international markets get the right visibility
- Cultivate strong community connections across social channels and email inquiries
- Energize the team with your CRM expertise, crafting compelling external newsletter communications
PR:
- Secure high-impact press placements by collaborating closely with our PR agency
- Curate unforgettable experiences by managing influencers, events, and unique opportunities for the CKBG portfolio
- Ensure seamless PR operations by organizing product and POS shipment requests
Paid Media:
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of dynamic paid media strategies across digital, e-commerce, print, and OOH
- Coordinate the seamless delivery of media assets with our agency partners
Events & Gifting:
- Be an invaluable support to the marketing team, orchestrating event logistics, product coordination, and POS management
- Oversee sample orders for events, partnerships, and gifting, creating memorable brand experiences
- Continuously analyze the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities based on data, insights, and social trends
Admin Support:
- Maintain an organized inventory of POSM and restock as needed, keeping our operations running smoothly
- Manage key company accounts and coordinate internal communication related to the portfolio
- Support the team in meetings and events, handling logistics, note-taking, and task management
- Craft engaging recaps of marketing activities and provide assistance with ad hoc requests
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the luxury wine & spirits industries, or luxury consumer goods
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism with ability to present to executives
- High level of organization/project management capabilities
- Understand Culture, must have finger on the pulse of fashion, entertainment, lifestyle and can work hand in hand with agencies on partnerships, opportunistic events, CRM, Social, Paid media and influencers
