Fairygodboss is the largest online career community for women to find jobs, advice, and support. Our audience engages in the community, in interactive events, and in the hiring marketplace where they discover jobs and employers. The Community & Partnerships Manager will be center stage in our community, facilitating career conversations, elevating community members’ voices, and building the partnerships that help more women discover and join our community.
You will:
-Create partnerships with other brands and organizations with audiences of women that continuously grow the Fairygodboss community
-Develop and execute programming that generates engagement for the community in the feed and other formats like live participatory events
-Engage in the Fairygodboss community throughout each week as a visible facilitator, leader, and representative of Fairygodboss (in text and video formats)
-Refresh and manage the VIP program, working directly with our most active community members on special opportunities and requests to engage
-Track community metrics each week, identifying, sharing, and acting on trends to iteratively improve value to community members and employers
-Partner with the product team to ideate and roll out features that help engage and grow our community
-Partner with internal teams to integrate community activity and partners into events that feature employers
-Partner with the editorial and social team to contribute original content to social channels and engage with Fairygodboss social audiences
You should:
-Be a connector and communicator who energizes people by facilitating and participating in conversations
-Be generative and have good judgment - drive ideas and projects forward independently and pull in the right people at the right time
-Have experience building partnerships (sales, marketing, or brand) from scratch
-Have experience growing and engaging an audience of hundreds of thousands or more
-Be metrics-minded and capable of prioritizing the right opportunities based on potential scale and impact
-Be a brand builder and ambassador, maintaining the voice of Fairygoboss in all communications
Salary range: $70-80k annually
