About the Job

Are you passionate about customer service and hospitality? Then this is the role for you. At Whoosh, we are building modern, intuitive, and beautiful software solutions to support club operations at premier private clubs across the country. You’ll have a key role in supporting our sales, onboarding and customer success operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Fully remote (some travel expected)

Salary: $60 - 70K

Where you'll make an impact:

  • Directly responsible for the buildout and implementation of POC (proof of concept) environments
  • Maintain and ship hardware for POCs
  • Provide ongoing customer support via email and phone channels
  • Serve as the Whoosh subject matter expert during and after the POC process
  • Assist the account executives in updating system configurations and setting up workflows during and after the POC process.
  • Schedule training sessions with customers to ensure clubs are knowledgeable and able to use the product to its full potential.
  • Collect bugs/support related issues, help troubleshoot, and escalate to the Engineering and Product Team accordingly.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • 2+ years of sales, account management or customer success experience with a track record of taking on new projects, closing sales accounts, and delighting customers (Experience working in a fast paced startup environment is a plus).
  • Familiarity with G-Suite, Hubspot, Zendesk, Intercom and other software tools.
  • Comfortable working on new initiatives and owning new projects.
  • Experience understanding our customers wants and needs, setting expectations and providing feedback to our product team.
  • “Get it done” attitude with passion about building something great with a great team. There is a reason this job description is vague!
  • Experience and connections in the golf or private club industry preferred.
