Head of Staff to CEO and Director of Marketing
This is a unique role working directly with the CEO and head of marketing of one of the fastest growing and innovative companies in digital media.
Adelaide helps the largest brands in the world measure the quality of the media they buy with the goal of creating a more fair and equitable marketplace. Our metric, AU, rates the quality of media using machine learning informed by eyetracking and trained using outcomes.
You must be curious, passionate and driven to solve problems to succeed in this role. While you don't need any experience in digital marketing, an interest in the industry and a desire to learn how it works is critical.
The specific job is to support the CEO and Director of Marketing with various projects:
Research potential clients
Track PR opportunities and related clients and partner
Aggregate data about investors and helpi prepare for pitches
Ensure that our 12+ events a year run smoothly
Help run weekly meetings
Plan offsite meetings
This job provides a path for rapid growth, our previous head of staff is now running partnerships.
If you'd like to work from an office, we have space (with amazing views) in NYC, but this role can also be remote. You should be prepared to work ET hours and travel to NYC, Boston and LA a few times a year.
